Job summary

Intone Networks Inc. seeks a senior technical architect to serve as the customer-facing technical lead for a Copilot agent implementation in Walnut Creek, California. This is a contract position based in Walnut Creek, with a duration of 6+ months.

You will own the solution architecture for Copilot agents built on Copilot Studio, guide offshore engineers, and ensure the platform integrates securely with the customer's environment. Strong communication and onsite independence are essential.

• Own the solution architecture for Copilot agents built on Microsoft Copilot Studio, including patterns for hardening, governance, and platform standards.
• Guide and review offshore engineers' agent builds; set technical direction and establish the quality bar.
• Lead technical discussions with customer leadership and technical teams; serve as the trusted onsite point of continuity.
• Ensure platform architecture is cloud-sound and integrates cleanly with the customer's environment.

Qualifications

• Required
  • Proven Copilot agent development on Copilot Studio, including topics, actions, connectors, and governance.
  • Cloud architect background with Azure application architecture experience.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to work independently onsite.
• Preferred
  • AWS experience.
  • Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, DLP policies, RBAC, and Copilot Credits / consumption management.
  • Integration and identity patterns such as REST APIs, Azure AD / Entra ID, and secure secrets handling (Key Vault).
  • Responsible AI, security hardening, and solution-design documentation for executive and technical audiences.
