WinWire Technologies, based in Alameda, CA, is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on expertise in Copilot setup, configuration, connector development, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise deployments, integrating Copilot with business apps such as Veeva and Workday.

Ideal background includes 2–3 years in Copilot, strong API and data integration skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot and enterprise deployment at scale.
• Experience with trigger phrases, intents, entities and prompts for Copilot.
• Hands-on experience building connectors and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Copilot setup, configuration, governance, observability, and deployment at scale.
• Develop conversational AI components: prompts, intents, slots, and multi-agent flows.
• Create and configure standard and custom connectors for Copilot integrations.
• Work with APIs, REST services, OAuth, and data integration patterns.
• Collaborate on Power Platform implementations (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Light programming in Python as part of automation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Copilot Expertise: 2–3 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Microsoft Microsoft 365 Copilot. Strong hands‑on expertise in Copilot setup, administration, configuration, governance, observability, and enterprise deployment at scale.
• Conversational AI Development: 2–3 years of experience in Trigger Phrases & Intent Recognition, Entities & Slot Filling, Adaptive Cards, Variables & Conversation State Management, Generative Answers & Custom Prompts, Tools, Connectors & Agent Flows, Multi-Agent Orchestration & Skills.
• Integrations & Connectors: 3+ years of experience creating and configuring standard and custom connectors. Proven experience integrating Copilot with enterprise applications, preferably Veeva and Workday.
• APIs & Data Integration: 5+ years of experience in APIs, REST services, OAuth, authentication, and data integration patterns. Good understanding of Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and enterprise security controls.
• Microsoft Power Platform: 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Programming Language: 2–3 years of experience in Python (Good to have).
