Head of NG911 Call‑Handling Software Architecture (GEMMA)
The Head of NG911 Call‑Handling Software Architecture is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end architectural strategy, design, and technical vision of the NG911 call‑handling platform (e.g., GEMMA). This role ensures that the platform meets industry standards for performance, scalability, security, and reliability while enabling seamless integration with emergency communication systems and future public safety technologies. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams – including product management, engineering, operations, and government stakeholders – to drive innovation in mission‑critical software supporting next‑generation 911 (NG911) services.
