Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce enterprise architecture experience.
• 8+ years serving as a Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect.
• 6+ years hands-on Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick/SBQQ) experience.
• Deep expertise in: Price Rules, Product Rules, Discount Schedules, Advanced Approvals, Subscription Products, Renewal Processes.
• 6+ years integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP platforms, rebate management, and external configurators.
• 6+ years of experience with Flow Builder Automation, Experience Cloud, and SOQL Performance Optimization.
• Strong knowledge of CPQ security models and permission management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solution architecture across pricing, BOM, and quote-to-order processes.
• Develop and maintain SDDS, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications; establish governance.
• Define Experience Cloud sharing models and data isolation strategies.
• Lead architecture workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality deployments with 85%+ unit test coverage and secure, scalable designs.

Are you a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect looking to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives? We're seeking a strategic and hands-on architect who can drive solution design, technical governance, and successful delivery across a complex Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leading stakeholder discussions, and delivering robust Salesforce CPQ implementations integrated with enterprise applications.

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solution architecture, including:
• Pricing and discount strategies
• BOM (Bill of Materials) generation
• Quote-to-Order processes
• Special pricing guardrails
• Configurator-driven BOM integrations
• Develop and maintain:
• Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
• Data flow diagrams
• Integration specifications
• Architect secure, scalable Salesforce solutions with role-based access controls
• Define Experience Cloud sharing models and partner/OEM data isolation strategies
• Apex development
• Flow automation
• SOQL optimization
• Governor limit management
• Lead CPQ-to-ERP and downstream financial system integrations
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and architectural governance

Delivery Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for client and project stakeholders
• Facilitate architecture workshops and solution design sessions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery
• Ensure high-quality deployments and maintain 85%+ unit test coverage standards
