Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking an experienced Assistant Technical Applications Manager to lead and support industrial gas detection, atmospheric monitoring, automation, and control systems. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams through the full project lifecycle from design to commissioning.

The role demands hands-on leadership in field environments, strong electrical and controls competencies, and ongoing engagement in product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with electrical installations, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer-site support.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs and HMIs is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of industrial communications and instrumentation (4–20mA, 0–5V, 0–10V).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical resource for industrial gas detection, automation, and control system applications.
• Lead system design activities including control architecture and automation strategies.
• Configure, program, troubleshoot, and support PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.
• Manage technical projects from concept through commissioning and startup.
• Provide on-site commissioning, startup assistance, troubleshooting, and customer support.
