Job description

We're looking for a highly organized, technically capable, and product-savvy Technical API and Integrations Manager to join our growing team. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial teams—managing the technical onboarding and ongoing API integrations of both sports leagues and sportsbook operators.

You’ll be responsible for evaluating incoming league data, defining what's needed to support betting, working with partners to fill in those gaps, planning integrations around seasonal calendars, and ensuring all systems are operational and up to spec. This role is hands-on—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and isn’t afraid to ship code when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with league partnership team and business development to evaluate data readiness of prospective league partners.
• Define and document the data requirements for enabling betting markets on new sports.
• Work with league partners to acquire, format, or augment data feeds to meet those requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for league onboarding, in coordination with seasonal timing and business goals.
• Own and organize active API integrations with both leagues and sportsbooks (HTTP, WebSocket, push/pull, etc.).
• Liaise with engineering to ensure scalable and secure implementation of integrations.
• Contribute to bug fixes, quick-win features, and data handling improvements in a Node.js/React/Next.js/AWS environment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data flow issues in real time and escalate/respond as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a technical product, solutions engineering, or integrations role.
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies (REST APIs, WebSockets, AWS, Node.js, React, etc.).
• Ability to write and debug code—especially around API consumption and data validation.
• Experience in managing API integrations with third-party vendors or clients.
• Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data from varied sports ecosystems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the sports betting or fantasy sports industry is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Previous work in gaming, betting, or sports data systems.
• Experience onboarding sports leagues or federations.
• Familiarity with real-time data feeds, betting market structures, and event scheduling.
