Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Senior EDI Analyst to join a cross-functional team supporting the development, testing, and deployment of a new revenue management system. You will lead or support key EDI initiatives, onboarding customers, and identifying process improvements to deploy solutions.

The role requires 5-7 years in EDI with customer-facing experience, strong knowledge of ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years experience in EDI, with 1 year customer service/customer facing experience.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML).
• Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives.
• Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.
• Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and GS1 compliant and adhere to privacy and security policies.
• Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key initiatives and projects, liaising with stakeholders.

Responsible for working on a cross-functional team to support the development, testing, and deployment of our new revenue management system. The Senior EDI Analyst will also lead/support key initiatives, customer onboarding and identify key process improvements and deploy solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.

• Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives
• Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.
• Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to privacy and security policies.
• Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects, and liaising with key stakeholders.

Education and/or Experience
