Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Analyst I to join a cross-functional team supporting the development, testing, and deployment of a new revenue management system. You will lead and assist with EDI initiatives and drive improvements with a strong emphasis on data quality.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of EDI experience plus customer-facing exposure; initial onsite training will be in Deerfield, IL, followed by a hybrid work model.”

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred).
• 5-7 years experience in EDI; 1+ year customer service preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of GS1, HIPAA, DSCSA, ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML as applicable to EDI.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the development of key EDI initiatives.
• Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development.
• Ensure data standards comply with HIPAA, DSCSA, GS1 and privacy/security policies.
• Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key initiatives and projects.

Job description

Title: Technical Analyst I

Duration: 3+ months

Location:

Deerfield, IL (This will be onsite Deerfield 5 days a week for initial training, expectation 3-6 weeks depending on how fast the person ramps up, once training has been completed then it will move to a Hybrid model of 3 days a week onsite, 2 days a week remote)

Work Schedule:

Normal Business hours M-F

(Teams/Onsite, Length, Rounds, Team involved) -- Teams/video call interview... length typical 30 mins, 1-2 rounds, should just be HM's team interviewing, HM and 1-2 of my direct reports, potentially 2-3 rounds

Responsible for working on a cross-functional team to support the development, testing, and deployment of our new revenue management system. The Senior EDI Analyst will also lead/support key initiatives, customer onboarding and identify key process improvements and deploy solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

• Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives
• Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.
• Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to Client's privacy and security policies.
• Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects, and liaising with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of healthcard data exchange and compliance with regulations such as DSCSA, HIPAA, and GS1 and EDI languages such as: ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in EDI, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards, such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML
• Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools
