Technical Advisor

Full Time Remote (Must be located within a 20-mile radius of San Antonio, TX)

• This position is contingent upon contract award

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• 10 years of experience in the functional area; bachelor's degree required, master's degree may substitute 2 years of experience
• 10 years of full-stack software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages, with experience in DevSecOps, microservices, and containers
• Experience in systems testing, documentation, and verification of system operability
• 5 years of experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira) and testing web applications
• Experience leading software development projects
• Experience with Restful interfaces and cloud deployment
• Security+ certification

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement assigned projects, including technical planning, development, testing, deployment, and evaluation
• Provide technical guidance and leadership
• Support technical development, process improvements, and requirement definition
• Oversee all phases of system development related to JCC2-R systems
• Coordinate with the PMO on technical development and requirements decomposition
