Job summary

Markent Personnel seeks an Administration Assistant with electro-mechanical aptitude in Salem/Nashua, NH. The role backs up the operations manager and occasionally assists the Lab Technician, requiring a balance of administrative skill and technical ability.

The candidate should have 3+ years of admin experience in technical settings, familiarity with ERP/QuickBooks, and a proven track record in customer interactions. ISO/ITAR compliance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administrative experience with electro-mechanical environment preferred.
• Experience using ERP/financial software required; QuickBooks Enterprise preferred.
• 3+ years direct customer interaction in service or sales support.
• ISO/ITAR compliance experience advantageous; ISO/ITAR environments helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key account coordinator: quotes, sales orders, POs, and AP collections.
• Oversee domestic shipping/receiving; pack and prepare orders for delivery.
• Manage RMA process; maintain returns log and generate reports.
• Control US warehouse inventory; lead physical counts and audits.
• Coordinate activities between manufacturing, service, sales and shipping.
• Perform additional admin/operational duties as needed.
• Provide backup support for Lab Technician when required.
