Job summary

You will deliver recommendations and continuous improvements based on solid technical experience.

Ideal candidates have 10–12 years in accounting/auditing (Big Four preferred), hold a U.S.

Qualifications

• Extensive accounting and auditing background, preferably with Big Four.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting policy.
• Experience partnering with segments, finance teams and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical accounting advisor for complex transactions.
• Lead US GAAP standard implementation across Mars.
• Shape and modernize internal accounting policies.
• Deliver training sessions and clear policy communications.
• Support strategic projects including M&A and divestitures.
• Collaborate with External Reporting during year-end close.
