This role partners with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Tax, and international teams to ensure US GAAP compliance, timely close, and audit-ready documentation, while driving policy consistency and SOX control enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years in Big 4 and/or corporate pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting theory.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for complex transactions and oversee quarterly and annual close activities.
• Own lease accounting under ASC 842 and evaluate new/modified lease agreements.
• Prepare technical memos and maintain documentation supporting accounting conclusions.
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and support SOX controls.
