Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant accounting experience in public accounting or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS; IFRS experience preferred.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical accounting resource on complex matters incl. revenue recognition.
• Support accounting research, financial modeling, contract reviews, and analyses.
• Prepare technical accounting memos, white papers, and FAQs to support IFRS positions.
• Collaborate with business experts to align IFRS with policies.
• Research and support implementation of new IFRS standards and policies.
• Support accounting training across Finance teams to promote consistent application of policies.
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement reviews and external audits.
• Define, document, and implement future-state accounting processes per IFRS and timelines.
• Manage multiple workstreams independently and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate on due diligence and transaction initiatives.
