Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze complex technical accounting matters.
• Prepare technical accounting memorandums and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate accounting impact of acquisitions, restructurings, debt, and equity transactions.
• Assist with purchase price allocations (PPA).
• Monitor and implement new accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations for technical accounting topics.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
