Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. in Tulsa, OK seeks a Technical Accounting Manager to serve as the subject matter expert on US GAAP, complex transaction accounting, and financial reporting across the organization.

You will lead research and implementation of new accounting standards, oversee revenue recognition and lease accounting, draft technical position papers, and support external audit readiness for the manufacturing entity while partnering with FP&A, tax, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license required.
• 6–8 years of accounting experience, including Big 4 background.
• Strong US GAAP expertise and technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience with ERP and consolidation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transaction research and draft technical accounting papers.
• Oversee policy implementation for ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 360, and related areas.
• Coordinate external audits and SEC disclosures (10-K/10-Q).
• Manage manufacturing-specific accounting (NRV, inventories, impairment, decommissioning).
• Assess SOX controls and partner with Internal Audit on control activities.
• Advise plant controllers, FP&A, tax, and legal on contract accounting impacts.
