Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with upward growth; likely 2+ years at Manager level.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP, including defending accounting position papers.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical accounting professionals, setting meaningful goals and providing feedback.
• Oversee analysis of complex contracts for accounting implications.
• Draft accounting position papers and liaise with external auditors.
• Present accounting conclusions to staff and senior management.
