Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA certification.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue recognition activities and analyze customer contracts to ensure appropriate accounting treatment.
• Manage lease accounting processes, including lease schedules, calculations, and related journal entries.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end audit activities while partnering with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare journal entries and accounting support related to technical accounting matters.
• Research accounting issues and provide guidance on complex transactions.
• Partner with finance leaders across the organization to improve processes, controls, and documentation.
• Contribute to special projects, accounting research initiatives, and process improvement efforts.

What you'll be doing:

Target Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience in public accounting, external audit, or a manufacturing environment is highly valued
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
