CarsonLynch has been engaged by another one of our long-time clients to fill a Senior Manager role within their Corporate Accounting team! This organization is one of the fastest growing companies in the area with no signs of slowing down.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 4 direct reports.
• Oversee the monthly close process for locations in the US, as well as Internationally.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Own the chart of accounts.
• Partner with other groups within the organization to ensure compliance, as well as the accuracy of any complex transactions.
• Assist on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis efforts.
• Serve as a leader for all process improvement efforts.

Profile:

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
• CPA is preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP, as well as IFRS.
• Ability to lead a team, develop cross-functional relationships, and work with various leaders on special projects as assigned.
