Job Summary

A Northern Kentucky based Manufacturing client is hiring yet another Accountant due to the overall growth of the organization. This newly created role will be joining a totally new team that is going to tackle some really exciting projects!

Key Responsibilities

• You will report directly into the Accounting Manager that was assigned this new team.
• This role will focus on identifying best practices for monthly close, account recs, and plenty of other accounting functions.
• In this seat, you will also interface with multiple other leaders around the country to support integration efforts post-acquisition, as well as identifying the best plan of action for consolidated financials.
• You will be looked at to provide innovative ideas and solutions across the board.
• There will also be some overlap knowledge with IT to ensure the financial systems are being utilized to their full capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or Finance).
• CPA is preferred, but not required.
• 1-3+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills!
