Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a technically skilled professional to support development accounts and customers. You will provide technical assistance on products, processes, and services, serving as the interface between customers and West’s internal teams.

The role emphasizes leading in technical discussions, presenting training materials, and identifying opportunities to expand West’s offerings while collaborating with global support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
• Master's degree in a technical field preferred.
• Experience in technical support, analytical laboratory, R&D, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead West customers in technical matters relating to drug-closure compatibility and packaging.
• Act as a technical interface between the customer and West's functions.
• Provide technical presentations and training materials to customers.
• Support development of commercial strategies and drive technical aspects of projects.
• Coordinate assigned tasks and small projects within technical areas.
• Collaborate with Global Technical Customer Support team to ensure effective communication.
