Job summary

You will blend technical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail, guiding account setups, pricing concessions, and CRM/ERP data alignment to support our global customer base. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can switch between complex product specifications and urgent customer inquiries, ensuring data integrity and timely, accurate billing.

Qualifications

5 years of experience working in ERP/CRM environments.
Experience with technical product databases and data accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and a detective mindset.
Ability to juggle high-volume tasks in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

Technical onboarding & research: conduct deep-dive research for new/existing customer setups.
Financial precision: manage and audit pricing concessions to ensure billing accuracy.
System integration (CRM & ERP): maintain data integrity across CRM/ERP so front-end requests match technical specs.
Workflow agility: switch between technical audits and customer inquiries without sacrificing quality.
Information retention: track account nuances and configurations with memory recall.
