Job Scope

The Technical Account Manager offers account management and technical support to customers, acting as the primary technical contact for sales and marketing activities. Responsibilities include project management, project design, and proactive account management. This role is remote but preferred to be based on the US East Coast to support Northeast clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide business, technical, and product advice; generate quotes; assist with project inquiries.
• Analyze customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Identify and address potential concerns; suggest additional services or products.
