The role focuses on acting as the primary technical point of contact for mid-market accounts, diagnosing issues, writing SQL queries, and collaborating with engineering to resolve root causes.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of technical support or account ownership experience.
• Proficiency with APIs, Python, SQL, DataDog, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Preferred degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
