Premier Global Links LLC is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, tech-driven manufacturer specializing in precision machining and advanced hardware. They seek a Technical Account Executive with 2–5 years in technical sales or procurement within aerospace or hardware manufacturing.

The role is on-site in El Segundo, CA or Manhattan, NY with travel to West Coast facilities. Base salary is $115,000–$125,000 annually, plus equity; relocation is not offered.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years in business development, technical sales, or procurement in aerospace/defense or hardware manufacturing.
• Experience prospecting, building relationships, and developing opportunities.
• Ability to interpret part drawings and discuss tolerances and materials.
• U.S. citizenship due to ITAR-related requirements.
• On-site work five days per week in El Segundo, CA or Manhattan, NY.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and acquire new OEM customers across aerospace, defense, robotics, drones, satellites, and hardware manufacturing.
• Build and manage RFQ pipelines, new accounts, and manufacturing opportunities.
• Develop relationships with engineering, procurement, supply chain, and business development stakeholders.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying new programs, part numbers, and revenue opportunities.
• Understand technical drawings, machining processes, tolerances, and materials to communicate with customers and teams.
• Evaluate opportunities based on commercial potential and manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer workflows and procurement processes.
• Travel to customer sites and facilities, primarily on the West Coast.
