Job summary

Cloudavize is seeking a Technical Account Engineer in Dallas, a hybrid role combining high-level technical work with client relationship management. You will serve as a technical resource and primary account manager for Dallas-based clients, guiding IT projects and ensuring client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years of IT support experience, strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 administration, and experience with Ubiquiti/UniFi hardware.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of IT support experience, preferably MSP.
• Client-facing or account management experience with responsibility for client satisfaction.
• Strong Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and printers/peripherals proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Troubleshooting: primary escalation for complex tickets (Windows 11, M365, network).
• On-site Engineering: lead client visits for hardware deployments and network installs.
• Mentorship: guide junior IT staff to ensure service consistency.
• Relationship Management: dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
• IT Consulting: advise on tech solutions aligning with client budgets.
• Onboarding & Documentation: ensure environments documented to company standards.
