TechForGood Campaigns is seeking a highly motivated Digital Organizing Manager to lead online supporter engagement, digital campaigning, and distributed organizing. You will craft and execute innovative digital strategies to mobilize communities, recruit volunteers, expand our digital footprint, and drive real-world action.

  • 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in digital organizing, online advocacy, digital marketing, or political campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with political/non-profit CRM tools and digital software (such as ActionKit, EveryAction, NGP VAN, Hustle, Impactive, or similar).
  • Exceptional written communication and copy-editing skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into engaging, persuasive content under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience conducting A/B tests friday night funkin, interpreting campaign analytics, and adjusting strategies based on data.
  • Passion for community organizing and commitment to progressive social change.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel digital campaigns across email, SMS, social media platforms, and online peer-to-peer organizing networks.
  • Supporter Engagement & Growth: Develop content and strategies to acquire, convert, and retain digital supporters, turning online engagement into offline volunteer action.
  • Content Creation: Draft compelling, action-oriented email copy, SMS broadcasts, graphics, and social media content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor, track, and report on campaign KPIs (open rates, conversion rates, click-throughs, list growth). Perform A/B testing to continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Communications, Field, and Data teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless coordination across all campaign arms.
  • Tool & Platform Management: Manage and maintain digital organizing tools (CRM, SMS platforms, landing pages, and email marketing software).
