Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance/with SCI eligibility; CI Polygraph possible.
• At least five (5) years of experience working as a Technical Writer.
• Demonstrated experience writing technical documentation, not just writing/communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or in lieu of a degree, four additional years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Research, outline, write, and edit content with input from subject matter experts.
• Develop procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
• Identify repositories, revise/edit, and centralize data for data compilation and storage.
• Create information architecture templates that uphold standards and enable data migration.
• Develop content in alternative media forms with a cohesive voice across documentation.
• Ensure documents follow the organization’s style guide and maintain it; suggest updates as needed.
