Job summary

TrinWare, based in Centennial, CO, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage receiving, stocking, kitting, and shipping of computer hardware. The role involves inventory control, order preparation for production, and collaboration with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in a distribution/production warehouse, plus an Associate degree or related experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a distribution/production warehouse.
• Associate degree or related experience.
• Experience in computer hardware is helpful.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and stand most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, stage, and ship computer products and peripherals in the warehouse.
• Kitting, fulfillment, and assembly of custom inventory for clients.
• Coordinate with production to ensure orders are prepared for shipping.
• Support Will Call and other customer service tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory controls and perform cycle counts.
