Job summary

TricorBraun, Inc. seeks an organized Warehouse Administrator in Kenosha, WI to coordinate shipments, track inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment. You will work closely with warehouse teams, carriers and customers to keep processes moving smoothly.

Experience in warehouse, shipping or logistics and ability to schedule shipments with carriers is required. Training occurs in Libertyville, IL for the first weeks; strong attention to detail is essential for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Background in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics setting.
• Experience with general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, picking, packing, scanning.
• Ability to schedule shipments and coordinate with carriers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Experience with ERP, WMS or inventory tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and daily warehouse operations to keep shipments moving.
• Track inventory and perform regular cycle counts.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, carriers and customers.
• Identify operational issues and support process improvements.
