PepsiCo is seeking a Tech Venturing & Innovation Sr. Analyst to drive cutting-edge tech partnerships and pilot onboarding across the organization. You will lead startup research, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Strategy, and Transformation teams.

You will build assessment criteria, coordinate SMEs input, and stay ahead of technology trends while guiding governance and reporting for PepsiCo Labs initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Experience with technology and digital innovation preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution of strategic tech innovation programs across Supply Chain and Strategy & Transformation.
• Develop briefs for new technical capabilities and evaluate startups.
• Lead rapid pilot onboarding and manage vendor relationships.
• Source emerging tech and build use-case assessment criteria with SMEs.
