Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–8 years in technology, digital transformation/innovation, consulting, or CPG.
• Avid interest in technology & innovation; ability to learn quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration across all levels.
• Results-oriented, highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Independent ownership of complex deliverables and execution.
• Demonstrates leadership potential through cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functionally to support strategic tech innovation programs.
• Build project deliverables with project leaders and develop briefs for new capabilities.
• Drive startup evaluation and vendor management with fact-based insights.
• Lead startup use case research and evaluate solution fit to use case.
• Coordinate cross-functional SME input for assessment criteria.
• Support pilot planning, charter development, and tracking.
• Maintain external mindset on tech trends and competition.
• Contribute to capability building within PepsiCo Labs.
