Job summary

PepsiCo Labs is seeking an Associate Manager, Commercial, to lead cross-functional tech innovation programs and pilot initiatives that scale new capabilities across PepsiCo.

You will develop briefs, drive startup evaluations, and manage vendor relationships while staying abreast of trends in consumer technology and GTM strategies. This role emphasizes collaboration, leadership potential, and independent delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-8 years in technology, digital transformation/innovation, consulting or CPG.
• Avid interest in technology & innovation, ability to learn new areas quickly.
• Strong communication & collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-oriented and highly organized, with ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
• Comfortable working independently while driving complex deliverables.
• Demonstrates leadership potential through cross-functional workstreams.
• Technical understanding & comprehension of emerging technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional to support strategic tech innovation programs.
• Build project deliverables with project leaders and develop briefs.
• Drive startup evaluation and vendor management with fact-based insights.
• Lead startup use case research and evaluation of solution fit.
• Support pilot planning and execution with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Maintain awareness of consumer, competitive and tech trends.
• Coordinate logistics for sector, functional and Labs program meetings.
