• Translate contracts into governance plans with obligations, milestones, and reporting.
• Monitor utilization, renewals, pricing changes, and risk for assigned agreements.
• Lead or support vendor negotiations, including pricing structures and contract terms.
• Coordinate governance meetings and drive value realization for portfolio vendors.
