Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Network Infrastructure Services Team Lead in Overland Park to guide planning, coordination, and deployment of networking across corporate offices and project sites. You will build trust with partners through clear communication and disciplined execution.

You will oversee circuit management, cabling coordination, equipment logistics, and inventory control while driving real‑world solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in network infrastructure, IT operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing telecommunications circuits, network deployments, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for network infrastructure operations and deployment activities.
• Oversee circuit management, structured cabling coordination, equipment logistics, inventory management, and office expansions.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely installations and issue resolution.
• Manage office relocations, facility expansions, and site deployments with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor inventory, budgets, and vendor performance; report status and metrics to leadership.
