Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of direct reports and develops their growth plans.
• Leads the Technology Transfer team on scaling up processes and validation.
• Project manages new product introductions and product transfers.
• Reviews and approves documents and executes protocols as needed.
• Translates development findings into manufacturing and cleaning processes.
• Provides technical support for investigations and change requests.
• Coordinates routine departmental tasks and trainings.
