Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Wilson, NC seeks a Supervisor in Technology Transfer to lead a small team and coordinate routine departmental tasks. You will train new staff and ensure development plans for 3–4 direct reports, while communicating with plant and corporate groups.

The role emphasizes strong verbal and written communication, oversight of transfer activities, protocol development, and collaboration across departments to support scale-up and product validation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily activities of direct reports and supports other members of the Technology Transfer team.
• Leads the Technology Transfer Team by communicating plant issues and tasks with respect to scaling up processes, new equipment and procedures, equipment and process validation, manufacturing of development, stability, cleaning and product validation batches.
• Project manages all projects related to new products, product modernization and all product transfers.
• Communicates with plant departments and project team members.
• Reviews and approves documents for direct reports and other team members; authors documents and executes protocols as needed.
• Translates development findings into manufacturing and cleaning processes.
• Provides information and documentation for regulatory submissions as required; site representative for CMC submissions.
• Provides technical support for Investigations, Action Plans and Material Change Requests, etc.
• Coordinates routine departmental tasks and training of new employees.
• Serves as designee in the absence of the Technology Transfer Manager.
• Acts as technical reviewer for tables, protocols and final reports.
