Hydrogen Group is seeking a Tech Transfer Lead for a high-visibility biopharmaceutical manufacturing program in the Raleigh-Durham area. You will own the handoff from project and technical teams to the operations team, ensuring readiness for start-up while leading without direct authority.

You will build the transfer plan, coordinate knowledge transfer, identify risks, and govern cross-functional decisions to protect schedule and operational readiness.

Formación

• 5+ years leading tech transfer, capital projects or similar complex initiatives in pharma or biopharma
• Experience leading tech transfer in a GMP manufacturing environment
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• The ability to set your own priorities and see actions through to completion
• A self-starter who builds relationships across technical and operations teams
• Nice to have: PMP certification

About the opportunity

A major biopharmaceutical manufacturing project in the Raleigh-Durham area is looking for a Tech Transfer Lead. You'll own the handoff from the project and technical teams to the operations team that will run the facility, and make sure that team is ready for start-up. This is a high-visibility role where you'll lead without direct authority.
