Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a Tech Transfer Lead for a high-visibility biopharmaceutical manufacturing program in the Raleigh-Durham area. You will own the handoff from project and technical teams to the operations team, ensuring readiness for start-up while leading without direct authority.

You will build the transfer plan, coordinate knowledge transfer, identify risks, and govern cross-functional decisions to protect schedule and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading tech transfer, capital projects or similar complex initiatives in pharma or biopharma
• Experience leading tech transfer in a GMP manufacturing environment
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• The ability to set your own priorities and see actions through to completion
• A self-starter who builds relationships across technical and operations teams
• Nice to have: PMP certification

Responsibilities

• Build and drive the tech transfer plan: milestones, deliverables, dependencies, ownership and readiness criteria
• Coordinate knowledge transfer to operations, covering processes, equipment, systems and documentation
• Identify and manage transfer risks, issues, interfaces and changes, and escalates when needed to protect the schedule and operational readiness
• Run governance, decision-making and communication across a wide group of stakeholders
