Cypress HCM in the United States seeks an experienced contractor to own a technology transfer in a regulated pharma/biopharma manufacturing environment. You’ll guide the transfer from plan to handoff and ensure the receiving operations team is ready to run the process, equipment, and systems.

You will create the transfer plan with milestones, manage stakeholders, and raise risks to keep the schedule on track. A degree in Engineering is required; PMP is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading capital projects or tech transfer in pharma/biopharma.
• Hands-on experience leading tech transfer in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Engineering degree from an accredited university.
• PMP is a bonus, not required.

We’re looking for an experienced contractor to take ownership of a technology transfer in a regulated pharma/biopharma manufacturing environment. You’ll guide the transfer from plan to handoff and make sure the receiving operations team is ready to run the process, equipment, and systems.

What You’ll Own

• Create and run the tech transfer plan from start to finish: milestones, deliverables, dependencies, who owns what, and the criteria that define “ready”
• Guide the handover of process, equipment, systems, and documentation knowledge from the project and technical teams to the operations organization taking over
• Watch for risks, issues, interface points, and changes tied to the transfer, and raise them quickly when needed to keep the schedule and operational readiness on track
• Set up governance and keep decisions and communication moving across everyone with a stake in the transfer

Who You Are

• 5+ years leading capital projects, tech transfer programs, or similarly complex initiatives in pharma or biopharma
• Hands‑on experience leading tech transfer in a GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment
• A degree in Engineering (or another relevant field) from an accredited university
• PMP is a bonus, not a requirement
