Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Technology Transactions Attorney to advise top tech clients in San Francisco on a variety of technology agreements, from SaaS to licensing and hardware. You will work directly with corporate teams and manage complex transactions in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, in-house preferred, and active bar membership in your resident state. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in-house.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong issue spotting.
• Previous in-house experience with a technology company or tech clients.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state where you reside.

Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on a wide variety of technology transactions and provide business-oriented advice on tech agreements.
• Handle complex technology transactions autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Provide legal advice to teams from R&D, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Advertising, Sales from design to launch.
• Support business teams by building consensus on projects from design to launch.
• Review global products and platforms to mitigate legal risk aligned with company goals.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal partners on complex deals for global tech companies.
