Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an in-house technology transactions attorney to lead simulated negotiations and contract redlining exercises, ensuring robust risk assessment and compliance.

You will review AI responses to contract scenarios, develop evaluation frameworks, and collaborate with product and research teams on data guidelines, providing expert feedback to improve model performance and precision in tech transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong analytical capabilities and legal expertise necessary.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation in law and technology.
• Experience with MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced settings.
• Previous exposure to AI or legal tech is advantageous.
