Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong analytical capabilities and legal expertise necessary.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation in law and technology.
• Experience with MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced settings.
• Previous exposure to AI or legal tech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios.
• Create evaluation frameworks to assess AI performance on contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams on data guidelines.
• Provide expert feedback to improve model performance and precision.
• Negotiate contracts, focusing on technology transactions.
