Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced transactional attorneys with strong technology transaction expertise to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

This remote contractor role offers the opportunity to collaborate with product and research teams on AI workflows, develop evaluation criteria, and drive practical applications of AI in technology law.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
