YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Transactional Attorney to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technology transactions, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to translate legal insights into actionable feedback for AI systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsabilités

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios.
