Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate joint development, collaboration, and strategic alliance agreements.
• Handle licenses and services agreements for technology and IP.
• Manage distribution agreements, including OEM and VAR agreements.
• Conduct IP and technology due diligence.
