Job summary

ACI Learning in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant to support students pursuing CompTIA certifications. You will work with an instructor to keep learners engaged, assist with labs, and help manage course materials in a hybrid, on-site/remote setting.

Applicants will have completed a ACI Learning program with two CompTIA courses in the last two years and hold at least one active technical certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ACI Learning program containing two or more CompTIA-related courses within the last two years.
• At least one current, active technical certification earned through those programs (ITIL excluded).

Responsibilities

• Be the consistent, steady presence in the classroom, supporting students between instructor-led sessions.
• Proactively engage with students to offer academic and technical support.
• Monitor student progress and flag concerns to the instructor.
• Conduct workshops, labs, and exam prep sessions.
• Assist with Tier 1 technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Take and track daily attendance and maintain a clean, organized classroom environment.
