Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s Washington, D.C. office seeks attorneys with 3-4 years of corporate experience to join the Corporate M&A/Private Equity group.

The role focuses on advising sophisticated clients across digital infrastructure, telecommunications, media and technology sectors on a broad range of strategic and transactional matters, including M&A, growth investments, joint ventures, financings and data center leasing and development projects.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of corporate law and transactional work.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex deal processes and client matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise sophisticated clients on strategic and transactional matters including M&A, growth investments, joint ventures and financings.
• Structuring and negotiating deals across digital infrastructure, telecoms, media and technology sectors.
• Support data center leasing and development projects from inception to closing.
