Job summary

Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI seeks a Technology Recruiter to lead strategic searches and partner with IT leaders to staff critical technology teams at our Corporate Headquarters.

You will build proactive sourcing strategies for active and passive IT candidates, align on talent needs and competitive offers with HR, and ensure a legendary candidate experience that reflects Uline’s culture and values. All positions are on-site, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 5+ years in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Positive attitude and resilience in navigating challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration with hiring leaders, candidates and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract quality active and passive IT candidates.
• Partner with IT leaders and HR partners to align on talent needs, qualifications and making competitive offers.
• Stay current on new technologies and develop competitive org charts to shape hiring strategies and guide decision making.
• Deliver a legendary candidate experience throughout the interview process that reflects Uline’s culture and values.
