Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives.
• Work with a Team Lead to perfect sourcing, interviewing, and candidate submissions.
• Gain experience in cold calling, new business prospecting, and client interactions.
• Build and manage a book of business by staying connected with clients and consultants.
• Support the transition into an Account Executive role by developing core recruiting and sales skills.
