• A genuine interest in networking and relationship building
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to start conversations
• Ability to juggle multiple searches, candidates, and priorities without losing momentum
• Strong follow-through, organization, and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
• Resilience to hear “not right now” and keep building relationships

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals across a wide range of technologies, roles, and experience levels.
• Create a great candidate experience—candidates feel informed, valued, and connected throughout the process.
• Build your network through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, outreach, and the local tech community.
• Conduct phone and video conversations to understand skills, goals, personality, and what candidates want next.
• Partner with the team—work with sales and recruiting to understand client needs and move quickly on opportunities.
• Keep the pipeline moving—stay connected with candidates and follow up consistently.
• Know the market—stay current on tech trends, in-demand skills, compensation and market happenings
